Yes, if you have multiple cards that you would like to have linked to accumulate points together, please call our customer service department at (866) 557-8977, Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST.

Your points will expire twelve (12) months after the month issued. Example: you earn points in June 2022; those points will expire July 2023. Download the TLC app and have this information at your fingertips!

Once you have earned 100 points, you can redeem those points for $1.00 off your instore purchase; once you’ve earned 200 points you can redeem those points for 5¢ per gallon savings at the pump. 200 points = 5¢ off per gallon (maximum of 20 gallons); if fewer than 20 gallons are pumped, there is no carry over – example: you choose to redeem 200 points for 5¢ per gallon discount (CPG); and you only pump 15 gallons, your remaining [5 gallon] redemption does NOT carry over. Make sure you are always planning to pump at least 20 gallons when redeeming CPG points.

100 points = $1 off in-store purchase; example: your in-store purchase totals 89¢ and you redeem 100 points for $1 discount, your balance of 11 points carries over.

You cannot earn or redeem points on lotto/lottery tickets and products, prepaid cards, gift cards, donations, fish and game license purchases, or carwash purchases.

TLC registered members always save at least 5¢ on every gallon of fuel purchased – every visit, every day. And, yes, you can stack this 5¢ everyday fuel discount with your earned points (welcome points included) – to save even more on the gallons purchased. It’s our way of sharing a little more TLC!

Upon registration, you get 200 points as a welcome gift, it’s our way of sharing a little TLC! Each time you shop in the store, or fuel up at the pump, you earn points. 2 points for every dollar spent instore, and 2 points for every gallon purchased. Some exclusions apply.

Yes. Your account must be registered so that you can redeem your points for rewards, and an email address is required for account registration.

Yes, but you won’t be able to track or redeem points unless you register it. Additionally, if you lose your unregistered card, we will not be able to transfer your points balance to the new card.

Pick up a TLC card in store and save 2 ways:

1. Swipe your TLC card, enter your loyalty ID or scan your app barcode at check-out and earn 2 points for every $1 spent in the store or 2 points for every gallon purchased.
2. Extra savings! Purchase specially marked items in-store and earn even more! View these promotions in your TLC app or at your neighborhood Thriftway store.
